Lol, your funny jeff. Yeah, nobody seems to like Naruto using anything these days. That's actually because Naruto always makes a deadly technique that could also hurt himself other than his opponent.

Ok, so far I have a couple of theories.
One would be a small one dealing with Itachi's "power" that he gave to Naruto. This could be wrong, as I've been wrong before (I thought Jiraiya would leave some not-so-obvious clues as to what Pein is). But I do believe that the power of Itachi is not just some extra chakra that Itachi had on reserve, but an actual technique... I mean, what else would that little bit be used for? It's not like it would be recognizable in the future, and even if Naruto did get enhanced strength, one would have to go back to the reference of where he got it! Or at least, me being forgetful, I would. There is also the point where Itachi tells Naruto "I hope you will never have to use it." (Then there's me saying "Gosh! Nobody likes Naruto using anything these days"). This could bring up a point that the power could be some technique Itachi made specifically (or just for the hell of it) for this plot.
Then there's the actual fight with Naruto vs. Sasuke. Yes, we've all read the first part finale, with the eight chapter fight between them. It was fast, intense, and tight... until you read it a second time or third or fourth... where you just want Naruto to go into his one-tailed form and Sasuke in his second state seal and just blow the friggin place up (I'm getting off topic). So this sets up the stage for possibly one of the most anticipated fights in the series. But the question is, will they fight at all? I made this sort of conspiracy, but it looks as if Sasuke, who is the most difficult person I have ever seen, is like, a quadruple agent. If you've noticed, Sasuke only mentions the destruction of Konaha in front of Madara. If I were writing this story (which I'm glad I'm not, 'cause I would ruin the whole damn thing) I would not have Sasuke fight Naruto, but have Naruto die trying to save Sasuke from destroying the village (yes, you heard me, SAVE, not STOP). Many of you are probably thinking, "He was damn right when he said he would screw the whole thing up in the umpteenth parenthesis here!" But let's think for a moment. That would be the most devastating moment in the whole series. BUT! Remember Chiyo's ability to bring back a human life with her own strength? YYeah. I just thought of the whole way out of this horrible ending right when I was writing this, and I don't feel like wasting your life, as I know your itching to go outside in the sunlight to have your mom stop screaming at you.
Case in point: Naruto vs Sasuke is way too predictable, Naruto would most definately win, not because of his own strength, but by an outside force (i.e. Sasuke gets a heart attack, Kakashi punches Sasuke in the face, the Third Hokage comes back from the dead and starts a zombie raid on Konoha...).

Disclaimer: If any of this sounded offensive to the story (not to you, I don't really give a rat's ass about what your psychiatrist said), I totally did NOT mean it. This is a brilliant story and extremely well thought out. It also completely understated and underestimated, just because it's considered a "comic" book. If it was a "real" book, then I know for a fact that it would be a bestseller.
Disclaimer over.
